A distinct service line for American clients facing urgent legal matters in Spain — divorce, DUI, detained-persons assistance, and other civil or administrative proceedings. Not a relocation package: a direct legal response to a specific problem on Spanish soil.

What I handle directly vs. what I coordinate

I handle everything that requires a Spanish law license: your visa, your property contract, your tax strategy. For logistics — movers, local contacts, day-to-day coordination in Spain — I draw on a personal network built over a decade practicing law in Spain, offered transparently and without markup.

You never lose a single point of contact. I coordinate the logistics; I am legally responsible for the outcomes that require a license.

Most clients start with the tier that matches their most urgent need. If you are already certain about your visa type and only need help filing, the Visa & Residency tier is the right fit. If you are buying property and need due diligence, choose Property Purchase Counsel. If you are relocating with a family and need coordination across visa, property, and tax, the Full Relocation Advisory is designed for you. What's included in the starting price?
The starting price covers the core legal services listed under each tier: document review, application preparation, contract due diligence, or tax analysis. It does not include government fees, translation/apostille costs, insurance premiums, or third-party fees. Each tier lists exactly what is and is not included before you commit.
Can I combine services or start with one and add others?
Yes. Many clients begin with Visa & Residency Strategy and later add Property Purchase Counsel once they find a property. If you start with a single tier and later decide to upgrade to Full Relocation Advisory, the fees already paid are credited toward the full package. There is no penalty for upgrading.
