Scope of practice
Spain Law NYC is a service operated by Lexara Advisory LLC. Spanish legal services are provided by Constantin Razvan Gospodin Florea, abogado colegiado en España, ICATF nº 5961. His Spain-based practice is International Legal Services (ILS Tenerife), in Adeje, Tenerife. This site covers Spanish law only. For U.S. legal matters, consult an appropriately licensed U.S. lawyer. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship until a written engagement is in place.
Constantin Razvan Gospodin Florea's legal services cover Spanish law only. He does not provide US legal advice or represent clients before US courts or US immigration authorities.
US tax: US tax returns, FBAR and FATCA filings, US estate planning, and US tax advice should be handled by a licensed US CPA, enrolled agent, or US tax attorney.
Tax matters are not our core practice area. Where tax questions arise, we work with a trusted network of professional collaborators in Spain (gestores and tax advisors) who handle the fiscal side, so you have a coordinated solution instead of a gap. Spain Law NYC does not provide tax advice directly.

Most document and administrative work is handled remotely. Paid legal consultations may be arranged in Manhattan by prior appointment and are subject to the consultation fee. There is no walk-in Manhattan office.
Privacy Policy
What data we collect
When you contact Spain Law NYC through our website forms or by email, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your legal matter or case. At the current site baseline, we do not use analytics or advertising cookies, third-party telemetry, or on-site search-query tracking.
How we use your data
We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and provide legal services if you become a client. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. If you use a booking tool (such as Calendly) to schedule a call, that tool processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Data retention
We retain your contact information for a reasonable period to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of the attorney-client relationship and any applicable statute of limitations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing razvan@spainlawnyc.com.
Cookies
At the current site baseline, Spain Law NYC does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies and does not persist internal-search queries in cookies or local storage. Because non-essential tracking is not active, there is no analytics-cookie consent banner in the current runtime. If non-essential analytics or advertising technology is introduced later, the privacy notice, consent mechanism, retention rules, data flows, and Content Security Policy must be reviewed before activation.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at razvan@spainlawnyc.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Third-party tools
If you follow a link to a third-party booking service or another external provider, that provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. Any future embedded analytics, booking, chat, map, payment, or similar service requires a documented privacy and security review before it is activated on this site.

Attorney-client relationship
Contacting Spain Law NYC through this website, by email, or by phone does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only when a written engagement letter is signed by both parties.

Referrals to independent professionals
Where a matter requires tax, U.S. legal, corporate-formation, sworn translation, or other specialist services outside the direct Spanish-law scope, we may coordinate or refer the work to independent qualified professionals. Sworn translations for official use in Spain are performed by independent duly authorized sworn translators; Spain Law NYC and Constantin Razvan Gospodin Florea do not present themselves as the sworn translator. Independent professionals are not employees or partners of Spain Law NYC, and any third-party role is identified to the client.
