What the free 15-minute call covers
Intake
Your general goal, the Spanish matter involved, timing, and the basic facts needed to determine whether the request fits Spain Law NYC.
Service fit
We identify whether you may need a visa service, nationality or Spanish-document assistance, property counsel, another Spanish-law service, tax coordination, sworn-translation coordination, or a separate paid legal consultation.
Next step
If the matter fits, you are told the appropriate next step and, where available, the published fee or starting price. If it is outside scope, you are told that directly.
What the free call does not include
- Individualized legal analysis or strategy
- Detailed review of documents, contracts, applications, or evidence
- A legal opinion on eligibility, litigation prospects, tax consequences, or other substantive issues
