Razvan Gospodin, Spain-licensed attorney — ICATF Colegiado No. 5961
Credentials and track record
I am Razvan Gospodin, a Spain-licensed attorney admitted to the Illustrious College of Attorneys of Tenerife (ICATF Colegiado No. 5961). I have been practicing Spanish law for over a decade, specializing in immigration, Spanish nationality, and real estate law for foreign nationals.
My education includes a Master's in Law from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Universidad de La Laguna, and an additional LLB from Universitatea Titu Maiorescu in Romania. I am trilingual: Spanish, English, and Romanian.
For over ten years, I have advised foreign nationals who reside, work, buy property, or regularize their status in Spain. My practice has covered everything from visa applications and residency renewals to property purchases, tax planning, and complex nationality cases. I have worked with clients from the United States, the United Kingdom, and across Europe.
Now, based in New York, I am extending that practice to serve American clients who want a Spain-licensed attorney they can meet in person — not a video call from Madrid. The same expertise. The same accountability. One advisor, on both sides of the Atlantic.

The "Two Shores, One Meridian" story
I have spent my career bridging two worlds: the legal system of Spain and the needs of foreign nationals who choose to make Spain their home. Now, I am doing the same from New York — for Americans who want a Spanish attorney they can meet in person before making one of the most important decisions of their lives.
The meridian line on this site is not decoration. It is the Atlantic corridor between my two bases — New York (40.7128° N, 74.0060° W) and Adeje, Tenerife (28.1235° N, 16.7371° W). It represents the real geographic and legal bridge I have built for my clients.
